The resort experience was very different. Calm and peaceful also luxurious. Love the way each and every staff Manager Mr. Sanjay and boys Rajitha & Uttam of the resort treated us. Wide spread of local malnad style food and tasted so yummy. Driving to private waterfall was an adventure experience . The entire property is very well maintained and kudos to that.. If you are planning to stay at resort, enjoy amenities, food & estate walk places keeps u busy enjoying. At this budget felt hospitality was the best top notch. There are various activities which you can consider here like rope activities, swing and trampoline for kids and more indoor games.
If u need to enjoy ur weekend with friends & family with best place..

The maintenance of the property is top class and its the major highlight of this stay. The dormitory rooms had tht elite quality and were quite clean and hygienic. The dining room , the parking space and the frontyard premises are very well maintained.
The breakfast, lunch and dinner were all delicious and had quite good options in both veg and non veg. The quality of some of the veg n nonveg starters served in the late evenings, could be improved. The property has nice dedicated areas to play carrom, chess and also  table tennis. There are also good options for outdoor activities like cycling, archery, cricket etc. The sit-out canopy has music system and is a great place to either sit and get immersed in the green view with a cup of coffee or have team meals with loud music. The manager Mr. Sanjay and caretakers - Uttam and Sajith  were humble and took good care of our needs. The tailed host - Beera 🦮  made the hospitality look even better, with his composure and goodtemper. Another major highlight of this property is, it's nestled amidst coffe plantations but still has  good accessibility  as there's a road next to it. Giving 5 stars for the stay they offer! This place is super peaceful you can just spend hours by just enjoying the nature around.
Food was below average at times overall we can adjust.

Fantastic Place 👌🏻 Food was good, staff were friendly & helpful! Rooms were clean and spacious. Hot water available for shower. Good for family stay! Best for large group of friends. Sight seeing places are also very near to resort. Go for it! 👌🏻
